Project ADIKAE

One HUB will be organised in each Taluk/District Head quarters.

Each HUB comprises of a minimum of 10 collection agents and Arecanut farmers/planters.

Each collection agent, with a minimum of 10 farmers, will have a stock yard for Sheaths collection and storage facility for plates.

Interested collection agents and farmers will be encouraged to have plates manufacturing units.

A dedicated vehicle will be arranged by Team ADIKAE to collect the sheaths and plates from one place to another.

Collection of Sheaths or plates will be done at the door step.

However the farmers should gather at one particular point for the vehicle to get access and collect the raw materials as well as the finished product.

Entire business will be done at Cash & Carry mode.
